Roadblocks to implementing gender policies

The last sentence in the text that reads : "Her views on roadblocks have been criticized by workers in the Oxfam agency as being too extreme." is not accurate. The source from Oxfam first explains Longwe's views on the barriers to implementing Gender Policies, using the analogy of unofficial roadblocks.
