November 2006[edit]

Perhaps someone other than me should start a Selwyn house in popular culture section. It was mentioned in Mordecai Richler's novel "Barney's Version"

April 2011[edit]

What is the accepted practice when another place has exactly the same name - a disambiguation page? has an identical name. Please advise. -- Criggie —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 09:09, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

If there are only two of them (seems that way now), and you'd like to create a new article, one thing you can do is create it with the name like "Selwyn House School (New Zealand)" and then you add at the top of each page a redirect template. See Template:For This can also be done with other article types. See Chester Township, New Jersey for an example of how it's done when you have towns with similar names. "The sexual abuse scandal involved allegations that various teachers, none of whom were still present at the school, committed sexual abuse of over 30 minors during the 1970s to early 1980s." - Can we get a source on the number 30? (talk) 07:36, 12 December 2011 (UTC)

A usable source was later in the article and I've brought it up as well to the lead sentence in the section. The number in the CBC news piece is 35.Mattnad (talk) 15:23, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
