Sequenced packet exchangeSequenced Packet Exchange – It appears that we consider specific network protocols to be proper names on Wikipedia. This protocol's parent protocol is at Internetwork Packet Exchange, and protocols from the IP stack have names like Transmission Control Protocol and User Datagram Protocol. Probably non-controversial, but listing since it will require overwriting an redirect that pointed to a parent topic before anyway. --Relisted.
