[edit]The "mosque" that had been repurposed by the Sikh forces into a powder magazine and got cannoned during the '48 siege — Cunningham's "Jami Masjid" — is inside the fort-complex proper. There is a mosque at 30.199065,71.473868 — very close to Cunningham's ruins "atop a mound" — but I am uncertain of the antiquity of the present-day structure. In contrast, the seven-domed mosque whose photograph, geo-coordinates, and architectural details adorn our article (unsure about the foundational history) is far away from the fort and, hence, is a different structure.TrangaBellam (talk) 17:32, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
