I guess that the person that tagged this article does not have any knowledge of the importance of the family to Tuscan history. Look into the Divine Comedy and books such as the historian Gammurrini. More information will be added in the future. Thank you.
- Perhaps you could provide the references and cites that show the importance of the family. The article does not make it clear, and the purpose of an encyclopedia is to provide information, not to assign homework or place the burden of research onto the user.Magichands 23:01, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- Magichands is correct. It needs to be clear from the article why the subject is notable, and the burden to do so lies upon the author/creator, not upon the reader. Aecis No running, shouting or piddling in the shallow end 02:59, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for the critique. I am fixing and adding sources and information. I will also add more information on other families mentioned in the Divine Comedy.

Simonetti family → Simonetti – No need for disambiguation, there is only a redirect. Gryffindor (talk) 23:38, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose for WP:RECOGNIZABILITY and WP:NATURALNESS. I think that a shortened title would look artificial. No such user (talk) 11:07, 27 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose, per WP:PRECISION; current title states clearly what the article is about; the proposed title is ambiguous. The current title is also consistent with other, similar titles (Anson family, House of Amboise etc.). Moonraker12 (talk) 13:48, 27 January 2021 (UTC)
