Possibly. The extremely low quality and outdatedness of all 3 articles makes it hard to tell. This article claims to be about a program that was shut down in 2005, whereas the other articles claim to be still operating. * Pppery * _{it has begun...} 22:27, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I PRODded SMART (Northern Ireland Business Grant) for lack of notability. After some searching, SMART (Scottish Business Grant) appears to be actually called "Smart Scotland" and not "Small firms' Merit Award for Research and Technology" at all, so isn't a contender and this can be safely moved to Small firms' Merit Award for Research and Technology is my PROD goes through. If not, I'm completely drawing a blank on any disambiguator that can distinguish this article from the Northern Ireland one. * Pppery * _{it has begun...} 01:32, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Follow up: the PROD of the Northern Ireland program went through, and I moved the Scotland one to Smart Scotland, with redirects at Smart: Scotland, SMART: Scotland, and SMART Scotland (all of which are names I considered using).
