I have considerably pruned this all-too promotional article. I think the blog is notable, given the two academic reviews, and more can probably be found to flesh out the article. But what it was it can not be anymore. Moreover, without going the way of, ahem, outing etc, but it's obvious that the blog's intern had something to do with writing this article. I'm going to start working on improving this article. A long-time Wikipedian, I am also currently employed by Occidental College and know one of the professors who writes this blog.
