I've got a source that is in direct contradiction to antimicrobial action of sodium lactate. Additionally, the source cited here refers to a combination preparation with potassium lactate. so, for now, I'm removing this information.--Speck-Made (talk) 15:28, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
