UCB vs UCB Theatre

[edit]

Hi @Hameltion I know you want to establish the abbreviation UCB somewhere in the article. However, "UCB" stands for Upright Citizens Brigade which is the improvisational and sketch comedy group; while "UCB Theatre" stands for the American improvisational theatre and training center. Currently you have linked "UCB" with the theatre, not the troupe. Maineartists (talk) 17:20, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Maineartists: Yeah you're right. Want to define UCB before using it ("fellow UCB comedian") though. Possibly the paragraph "Since 2002, she has been an active member ..." could move up, and the 30 Rock material be split into its own paragraph. Hameltion Easy fix. Moved the 2002 mention to the lede, which is appropriate even for this size article. Actually, it was a good catch because Galloway was not added to The Firm until after it was founded: in 2008; which made the original sentence (2002) incorrect. So it all worked out and reads better now. Thanks. Maineartists (talk) 01:36, 18 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
