Division history

"On 1 April 1936 when Sind division separated from Bombay Presidency and established a Province.

On One Unit Policy Sind province merged into West Pakistan province on 30 September 1955 Create Khairpur Division when the State of Khairpur merged in Pakistan."

On every one of these articles dealing with divisions, they conveniently skip over the period between 1936 and 1955. The first sentence excerpted, here, is not relevant without some context. Okay, so Sind was upgraded to a province in 1936. Did that province has Divisions? If so, what were they, and how is that relevant to the history of Sukkur without some additional context?
