Very Strong Keep The Sunni Tehreek is a prominent Organization of Jamat e AhleSunnah of pakistan. The Speedy deletion Notice is Nothing but a Bias on part of editor who has already tried in his past to Delete all the Inetrnal wiki pages on Barelwi Article.Shabiha (t) 17:52, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article is biased.

[edit]

Clearly by using words like "so called" in the history the writer is showing a bias. I came here looking for a clear idea of what this group was about and there seems to have been editing by both those who appreciate and disagree with the groups politics. Because of this I find this article questionable. There is also quite a few grammar problems that make it difficult for an English speaker to understand. Quite a few of the things mentioned in the article have no reference. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lionssmile (talkcontribs) 05:33, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Overhaul needed

[edit]

Obviously, the current article was written by supporters of Sunni Tehreek. That does not mean that the information is false, but it does mean that a major overhaul is needed to maintain neutrality. Also, the writing itself needs major improvements. I have gone through and corrected some of the basic grammatical problems to make it more readable, but as previously stated the lack of citations and objectivity means that this page should be approached cautiously by the reader for the time being. If anyone with a good understanding of Pakistani political groups could help out with some re-writing here, it would go a long way toward making this a better article. "In April 2007, alleged Sunni Tehreek members opened gunfire on an Ahl al-Hadith mosque in Karachi", citation problem

[edit]

There is a problem with one of the citations for the paragraph that begins: "In April 2007, alleged Sunni Tehreek members opened gunfire on an Ahl al-Hadith mosque in Karachi". The citation does not appear to mention the incident - see this link to Google books page 275. I have removed the citation and replaced it with a FACT tag.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:02, 19 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
