Move?

[edit]
The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: page moved. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 07:18, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No. Move as proposed and add a hatnote, per WP:TWODABS. "Capital Wheel" was never the WP:COMMONNAME for the Manchester wheel. 180.183.4.79 (talk) 10:43, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
(Note that Capital Wheel was as redirect until earlier today). 180.183.4.79 (talk) 19:45, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
This is a move proposal (I had expected it to be moved immediately as an uncontroversial technical request - I didn't spot that the 'old' Capital Wheel redirect had just been converted to a dab page). Maybe this article will be improved when the new wheel opens; if not, or if not by much, then the merge will most likely be appropriate. 180.183.4.79 (talk) 19:45, 18 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

Merge?

[edit]

I did not notice that this article existed before approving Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/The Capital Wheel at WP:AFC. These should obviously be merged. I apologize for prematurely approving the submission and creating a duplicate. ~KvnG 17:32, 4 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
