This page needs serious copy-editing/wikifying[edit]

At the moment it just reads like an essay. I don't mind helping out however I do not have much free time (what with Uni and stuff) so I would like some people to make a start. Agent452 (talk) 23:29, 5 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And another thing..Does anyone have sources to back up half of what is said in the article (such as Noel's comments on the origins or the "have a cup of tea" line...As far as I can see if you were to take out the unsourced material and the pointless bits added by fans this article would be nothing more than a stub.Agent452 (talk) 21:06, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image:The hitcher.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
