Start
Just getting a head start on this one, which promised to be a rare and special treat. Plot details are as yet sketchy, but based on what KJA has written in his official blog on dunenovels.com. --SandChigger (talk) 01:20, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
Title change
Kevin J. Anderson has now blogged on MySpace that the title of Jessica of Dune will be changed to The Winds of Dune. (Confirmed by an announcement by Byron Merritt on the Dune Novels BBS. Irulan of Dune will likewise be renamed The Throne of Dune.) I suppose this means this article will have to be moved.
I'll give it a few days to make sure it's not all just a publicity stunt (???) and then move the page. Should we include a note about the (practically) last-minute change? --SandChigger (talk) 23:59, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Cover image
I've uploaded a cover image; KJA seems to indicate here that it is from the UK edition, which makes sense because the the previously released cover [1][2] is similar to previous BH/KJA covers. However, MacMillan US and Amazon.com US have this image, as well as the official Facebook group (yes, I know Facebook is not an acceptable Wikipedia source).[3][4][5] Anyway, I figure it'll do until a decent sized version of the "US cover" is available (and we're sure which is which).— TAnthonyTalk 16:49, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
A real mover & shaker!
Wow ... this one really HAS generated a lot of activity, hasn't it? :D --SandChigger (talk) 00:33, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

- Look at this... a whole 'nother year has gone by and none of the "McDune" fans has filled this in yet?! NOW you see why the publishers pulled the plug on the "Heroes" series: even the fans of the stuff aren't interested! LOL.
- After I finished reading the whole thing, I started doing a chapter-by-chapter synopsis on my website, but even I only finished two parts before losing interest: http://www.hairyticksofdune.net/synopses/syn_wod.html. FWIW. --SandChigger (talk) 04:37, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
