As Thomas Henning is my boss, and I have written this article as part of my work as an outreach scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy, there is at least a potential conflict of interest here. As I've stuck to factual information and referenced what I wrote, I am confident that there is, in practice, no such conflict. Non-encyclopedic?[edit]

I have provisionally removed the following two sentences as potentially un-encyclopedic:

Henning is currently intensifying his scientific activities to investigate the origins of life in the Universe in a variety of ways. With an h-index of 90, Thomas Henning is one of the most frequently quoted astrophysicists worldwide.

Do we have reliable sources for those two statements? The first one is problematic because at least part of it seems to be about intention/future developments, not about fact. The second one looks like WP:OR unless we have a reliable source. Markus Pössel (talk) 16:59, 27 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
