Expanding the article

I added the stub tags because although the current article sounds interesting, most of its sentences could be expanded into full sections. For example some context about the manual labour aspect of its construction; how the reservoir affected the surrounding community; environmental impact during and post construction. Contradiction

The article says, "It is the largest body of water in Ningxiang County and the second largest reservoir in Ningxiang County." How can it be the largest body of water if there is a larger reservoir elsewhere? Rincewind42 (talk) 04:36, 23 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
