The article claims no ill effects from moderate consumption of tomatine, but I know many people that get diarrhea, cramps, etc. from normal-sized servings of tomato products, such as sauce. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.77.221.61 (talk) 05:06, 6 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I know people who get similar reactions to consuming dairy products, and other people who react similarly to foods with gluten. That's not an argument for milk or wheat being toxic.
