Aboriginal → Indigenous
[edit]While 'aboriginal' was the term used at the time, it has since been superseded by 'indigenous.' This article should replace all instances of 'aboriginal' (outside of direct quotes) with 'indigenous.' — Preceding unsigned comment added by Josh Roby (talk • contribs) 19:06, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
NPOV issue in Property Rights Under Different Legal Frameworks
[edit]Article only cites from one chapter from one source in this section. Can anyone find other sources corroborating this? Additionally, seems to be lifted directly from the source, section should be paraphrased. Section also contains peacocking sentences (e.g., "Not only did the imperial British Crown keep on what can only be called the down-low, the radical, bellicose senses of surrender and property it forwarded in the seemingly-diplomatic making of treaties") and emotionally-charged language, section should be written to be more "matter-of-fact". Also, repeats the word "controversial" a lot. Raccoonny (talk) 03:36, 18 April 2022 (UTC)
