Change to "Due to fears of a repeat of Typhoon Ruby, which struck the region less than a week prior, 10,000 people were evacuated ahead of the storm". The only mentions of a damage total in the infobox are $115K on Guam and $750K in property damage. Yet the infobox notes $1.365 million (which seems too specific, I usually round infobox damages to 3 sig figs). Y E ^Pacific ^Hurricane
