Possible move

We need an article like this to cover things that don't really fit into Premiership of David Cameron so thanks for starting it, but I'm just wondering if this page should be moved to United Kingdom coalition government 2010–present. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Also, I've added this to the {{David Cameron}} and {{Nick Clegg}} templates and added them to the bottom of the page so it should get some more attention. Size

Public spending cuts

Where does stuff like UNICEF's concerns that '... local authorities need to be honest about the impact of public spending cuts on children – so that "funding is protected for play facilities and free leisure activities for children and families is protected"' belong? United Kingdom public spending cuts (2010–present) doesn't exist. It would seem reasonable to suggest splitting out this section, except that would leave a very short article here. --Trevj (talk) 12:21, 14 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Use of ConDem as reference to the coalition

Whilst very amusing, the article refers to the coalition as the ConDem coalition, which is used as a negative remark by anti-Coalition supporters. Very biased - could do with changing RSieradzki (talk) 10:02, 8 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merger

I am merging this page into the following pages: Cameron ministry, Premiership of David Cameron, and List of legislation proposed by the UK government (2010-present). I’m doing this to match the conventions for British ministry articles that are listed at Talk:List of British ministries. I finished doing this for all other British ministry articles in May, but hadn’t got around to doing this one. The reason is simple: this page serves no purpose. History of British governments is usually handled in premiership pages, for example, Premiership of David Cameron. Basic histories and minister lists are usually handle by articles like Cameron ministry. The information here, which is scarce, is easily placed in those pages, and that’s what I’m doing.
