672 F. 2d 300 - United States v. Carrier, a footnote mentions that U. S. v. Stickrath is frequently cited as a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871 and gives the offending quote: "President Wilson ought to be killed. It is a wonder someone has not done it already. If I had an opportunity, I would do it myself."
