Couple notes.

-"Touch Cinema" is a compromise translation; I've also seen it translated as "Tap and Touch Cinema", but this appears to be a transliteration rather than a translation. Until someone with a good grasp on both languages comes along to translate "tappen" based on the context, I vote we leave it as "Touch Cinema".

-Export mentions the significance of the audience's visibility in an interview in "RE/Search #13: Angry Women", which I can't find at the moment. Most of the rest of the interpretation is condensed from stuff available on the web, especially this.

If you're going to edit out the marriage and the Munich theatre thing, at least do so in a way that's consistent throughout the article instead of leaving in later references to her family and cutting the munich theatre incident short in the middle of a sentence and then whining about the edit being undone. 24.17.161.178 (talk) 04:30, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are several sources stating that Aktionshose : Genitalpanik did, in fact, occur [1],[2], [3], contrary to the edits that removed it. Still no source on the marriage/kids, but I see no reason not to include the paragraph about Aktionshose : Genitalpanik. 24.17.161.178 (talk) 09:57, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- It's a shame that the german wikipage about Valie Export is only a few sentences long. It would be nice if somebody could translate it, my English is way too simple for this. --[[Special:Contributions/62.93.99.121|62.93.99.121](talk) 19:21, 19 May 2010 (UT

Surprised to find no mention of her feature film "Die Praxis der Liebe"

Page Move

[edit]

I reverted a page move that was done without discussion and was contrary to Wikipedia naming conventions that biographies of living persons and other articles on persons should have the title of the name by which the person is usually known, which is Valie Export.
