"Musical experiment" doesn't mean "experimental music"

[edit]

I'm confident that if this article gains attention from more editors, I wouldn't be the only one to call into question that "musical experiment" apparently means experimental music if it remained on the article, so I removed it. We need more a clear-cut definition and for a reviewer to clearly be describing experimental music than using the phrasing that they did. Works can also be "experimental" but be firmly within the confines of one genre, and the same reviewer went on to call it "European dance" (which I'm pre-emptively saying is not reducible to nor the same as Eurodance). (I also personally doubt that Katya is making "experimental music" when all previous Drag Race alumni have very much made dance-oriented music. Not saying it's not possible, but it is doubtful.) One song was described as "experimental", but descriptions of one song's genre cannot be used to describe whole collections of songs. Ss112 07:34, 25 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ss112, Yup, no prob! I figured "experimental music" + the one song being described as "very experimental" was sufficient for the label, but I'm fine with your interpretation and changes. Looking forward to more coverage of the EP. ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:57, 25 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
