I don't see the District Venturer Council stretching into a full article by itself, and would be better off as a section of the main Venturer Scouts article. Horus Kol 08:03, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Agree. You are quite right. Little bits of the Venturer program should not be split of in this way, at least not until the main article is too long. --Bduke 11:13, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Scouts Australia.svg[edit]

The image Image:Scouts Australia.svg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --04:52, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Queen's Scout[edit]

I have reverted three edits, that changed this section entirely, mainly because it now reads as if it is a direct copy of a section of the rules or other other publication of Scouts Australia. It says "You will ..", or similar, several times. See about copyright violations. It also breaks the link from the general article on the Queen's Scout award and is poorly formated. Nevertheless the article does need updating and I can not do that as I leave Australia today for 6 weeks and have to take a wikibreak. Please try to improve it while I am away. --Bduke (Discussion) 22:12, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
