Untitled[edit]

There has been a flurry of activity recently on this page for some reason. Having played this theatre 63 years ago, I have an interest in how it is handled. I think that any page devoted to a single theatre should have a brief preamble then indexed to 1. a history of the structure up to the present day to include ownership and management, then 2. a listing of notable shows, to include anecdotal material, and finally 3. the references. I don't think the page at present does that.

I also think that to preserve the transparency of Wiki, a basic tenet of the site, and helpful invitation to further research, any discussion should be here, and not on personal talk pages. Just my opinion, of course. —Preceding unsigned comment added by JohnClarknew (talk • contribs)

Corrections, etc[edit]

Hi there, thank you for the recent corrections. One point, that is the corrections should be referenced to publications, or online articles from reliable sources. I note the edit summary says "Corrections as to site of theatre etc, resulting from recent research by contributor" - it needs to be referenced (even if you're sure it's correct) as wikipedia follows a principle of no original research - thanks Kbthompson (talk) 15:11, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
