Move

[edit]

The transfer to the genus Virgotyphlops seems to be based on a single author and primary sources. Unless there are secondary sources showing the transfer has wider consensus, I don't think the article should be moved here, although Wallach's view should of course be reported. Orphaned references in Indotyphlops braminus

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Indotyphlops braminus's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "iucn":

  • From Comoro Islands: "Mayotte (France)". IUCN. Accessed 10 August 2021. [1]
  • From Synonym (taxonomy): " Bubo scandiacus". IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. 2017: e.T22689055A119342767. 2017. Retrieved 10 December 2017. {{cite journal}}: Unknown parameter |authors= ignored (help)
  • From Iran: Khorozyan, I. (2008). "Panthera pardus ssp. saxicolor". IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. 2008.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 21:43, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
