Factual accuracy disputed

The editor disputes the accuracy of the article's History section. AtticusX (talk) 09:37, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
- "The [History section] is completely wrong - the tool was never 'based on SAFE' - the tool was already developed when Virsa bought the SAFE tool from PWC after SOx made it illegal for them to sell it to their clients. The intention to include some of the SAFE ruleset into the Virsa ruleset never really happened because the existing toolset at Virsa was comprehensive and little needed to be changed. There were some technical benefits of SAFE which were incorporated into the Virsa solutions but the idea that the tool was based on SAFE is totally incorrect." (155.56.68.216)
