The only source for this page is the Company website. This page should be merged with William C. Bradley page. Please move or delete. It is overly promotional.[edit]

Image:Wcbradleycologo191.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Date of company founding?[edit]

The company's own website proclaims (on its Home Page) that the company was founded in 1885 (as does our Wikipedia page). However, that was the year when the first Bradley arrived in town and began working for a cotton-factoring enterprise. In 1887 he "marries Sarah M. Hall, daughter of the famous Connecticut ship builder, Henry T. Hall. Shortly after, he and his brother-in-law Samuel A. Carter purchase the cotton factoring business, changing the name to Carter and Bradley." (from the company's website, History Page). It seems to me that THE COMPANY was not founded until 1887 or later, according to the company's own history page, even though the founder began working in the industry in 1885.
