Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it is an upcoming video game, with a lot of news about it right now. Also, the cover stars and DLC have just been revealed. It would make no sense to delete it. In addition to this, I have removed the promotional content added by another user. --TheVaughano (talk) 16:02, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Added PC to the page[edit]

Added PC version. It’s available for preorder on the 2K page - https://wwe.2k.com/preorder/ Shanafan (talk) 00:14, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It’s also on Steam for preorder - which is just where the 2K page takes you. Shanafan (talk) 00:17, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Chyna's last WWE videogame appearance is wrong.[edit]

The collectors edition, the "SmackDown! 20th Anniversary Edition" will feature the return of Chyna, who has not been featured in a WWE video game since WWF SmackDown! 2: Know Your Role in 2000. SmackDown 2 was released on November 21st 2000 whereas WWF No Mercy was released on November 17th 2000 and both games featured Chyna as a playable superstar so Chyna's last WWE videogame appearance was WWF No Mercy. WWE videogames stretch all the way from MircoLeague Wrestling (The first WWE videogame) to WWE2K20 and also have a 2D Era (WWF In Your House being the last 2D Era WWE videogame) and a 3D Era (the 3D Era WWE videogame era started with WWF Warzone). SmackDown 1 wasn't the first WWE videogame ever released even though it was the first SmackDown videogame released in the long running SmackDown to WWE2K20 series. - 2A02:C7F:C25A:A200:90DE:6C60:4285:CD4F (talk) 16:45, 25 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I know I am late, but if WWF No Mercy was released in November 17th and Smackdown 2 was released 4 days after, Chyna's last video game appearance would be WWF Smackdownn 2: Know your Role. Thatoneguylol101 (talk) 19:03, 7 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

New section: refund[edit]

In October 2919, Sony offered refunds for all the bugs with the game.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.25.188.159 (talk) 22:03, 9 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I kept removing lies on this page and they kept coming back

Not done OP has one edit to this page, removing a paragraph from the lead about the game receiving negative reviews. Removing this is inconsistent with the sourcing and review section of this page, and also violates MOS:LEAD in leaving out an important facet of the article from the lead. Discuss it here first for consensus on this change if you believe there is a valid reason it should be removed. Red Phoenix talk 23:33, 24 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
