Can you please correct the information about family

[edit]

Please correct information about his family to “they were murdered in a genocide” this will be seen by our future children who don’t know the facts! Say it how it is. 86.5.168.57 (talk) 10:43, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

As main in the worldwide news now, it’s justified to add the category Category:People of the 2023 Israel–Palestine war 109.37.143.6 (talk) 18:08, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Award

[edit]

I removed an award in this revision. It doesn't appear to be an individual award and the best source I could find was this one describing it as an award for Al-Jazeera. The only sources that mention Al-Dahdouh directly were traced to an inflammatory tweet and even then it wasn't awarded to him specifically. Citing (talk) 17:28, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Early life and education

[edit]

Many statements on this page originate from Al Jazeera and Middle East Monitor, whose neutrality is criticized. As such, this article may be considered to be written in a way that violates WP:NPOV by leaving out details (e.g., reason for imprisonment would fall under "opposing views"). Death of his colleague

[edit]

@Iskandar323: crafted very good wording on the death of his colleague. That version, succinctly conveyed the event with NPOV WEIGHT for the subject of this page and which avoided the prior suggestion or ambiguity that the Israeli troops may have acted with the specific intent to prevent his transport to medical care while he bled to death. That version was immediately reverted and replaced with the version that had already been challenged. @Makeandtoss:, please self-undo that and engage here on talk if you feel strongly about the prior version you reinstated and join the collaboration that other editors have sustained on this point. There must be a better picture than this… Catofminerva (talk) 22:06, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

correct “israel-hamas war”. shows bias and must be corrected to “israel-palestine war”.

[edit]

having a hard time understanding why this is put has “israel-hamas” when it’s “israel-palestine”. many CREDIBLE sources like haraatz who use “israel-palestine” and many more regional news sites. so using american media will show biases. this isn’t about “hamas” like they claim it is. This is not related the subject of this article. There is extensive discussion at Talk:2023 Israel–Hamas war if you are interested. Citing (talk) 19:05, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: Although requests are supposed to mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format, I can see that this is an attempt to change the image in the beginning of the article with the proposed newer one. I do not know Arabic, and I cannot update the image without a caption; thus I am not able to assist you. 𝚈𝚘𝚟𝚝 (𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚔𝚟𝚝) 19:07, 31 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
