This article suggests that Kenyatta end Itote were initially opponents. There is no evidence. In fact Itote visited Kenyatta for advice before he went to the bush. This is extensively described in his autobiography. Also the article states that General China in fact betrayed the Mau Mau case. The assertion that Itote acquired his English capability from Kenyatta is false. Picture Post of 6 Mar 1954 reports he attended a CMS school as a boy, learning English, as well as quoting him speaking fluently in English and depicting him in conversation with his Indian legal counsel. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.83.99.140 (talk) 06:03, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
