[edit]Artwork
[edit]According to an October 2020 TTC announcement a large, curved ceramic tile mosaic designed by Montreal artist Gisele Amantea was to be installed later in 2020. This did not happen. An email from Paul Tran, Community Relations, CEO's office said: "The curved wall at the north end of Wellesley Station (collector booth level) was ‘roughed’ in as part of the Easier Access construction project. It is TTC’s intention to include this location in Public Art IV which should go out as a Pre-Qualification in Q1 2022." Thus, I reworded the article to indicate only that provision has been made for a yet-to-be-selected artwork opposite the two new elevators. TheTrolleyPole (talk) 21:17, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
