Wen Ping against Guan Yu[edit]

Are people 100% sure Wen Ping and Yue Jin's attacks where against Guan Yu at the same time as the battle of Jiangling rather then raids during Guan Yu's time in Jing? DongZhuo3kingdoms (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 17:33, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Wen Ping vs Xu Sheng[edit]

I believe the part in the service under Cao Pi section where he is part of the camapign where Xu Sheng fakes the walls is a mistake. If he is there, some rewriting needs to be done to make more accurate but it might just be a case of deleting that paragraph entirely. Hey DongZhuo, I'm just making some edits here and there but I don't think you will get many answers since aside from Underbar; there is not any stable community or just person behind the TK edits.

For your questions, when I'm in doubt about a TK person, I search his chinese name and look for his baike article. For you first ask, like you suggest they put this event in 213 not 209 and for the second I don't see any mention of Wen Ping being here for the Xu Sheng's trick.

In the end, IMO if you think the assumption is wrong or prejudicial to the person then just remove/change it; from what I get Wiki encourage participation and good faith edits. If you are not sure then use the "citation needed" so people can know that this is a doubtful info. TheWayWeAllGo (talk) 06:29, 30 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have done a citation needed to see if anyone comes up with one but, will give a month or so for someone to come up with source to give enough time for clarity, but if none arrives will probably delete the Xu Sheng camapign part and remove the Jiangling time.
