histidine

Histidine is one of the 20 most common amino acids (those which are directly translated from DNA). I don't see the point in mentioning that sapote has histidine in it, unless someone can document an unusually high amount.--Ryan Wise (talk) 02:20, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
