The article as currently written expresses the author's opinion about Justice's actions in the courtroom and legal opinions. As such, it violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view (NPOV) policy. The article also lacks citations for information such as the stated "political agreement" between Johnson and Yarborough.

This article can and should be fleshed out to correct these problems and to present a more complete biography of Judge Justice. He is a controversial figure, and as such, there are sources that can be cited detailing criticism of him and his legal opinions, perhaps set forth in a section entitled "Criticism of Judge Justice." But in keeping with Wikipedia's policies, the article should describe those criticisms and attribute them, not make those criticisms itself.

Added substantial material and references. I don't hold with the view that the purpose of a biography is to criticize living persons. Mervyn Emrys (talk) 00:08, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bot-created subpage

[edit]

A temporary subpage at User:Polbot/fjc/William Wayne Justice was automatically created by a perl script, based on this article at the Biographical Directory of Federal Judges. The subpage should either be merged into this article, or moved and disambiguated. Polbot (talk) 02:08, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article continues to have a very strong favorable bias on behalf of Justice. Isn't Wikipedia suppose to be neutral in its articles? The opening sentence makes him sound like superman! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.105.121.24 (talk) 21:24, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why? Where do you think it is being overly favorable? When saying "this is biased" please show how and why. WhisperToMe (talk) 03:40, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
