Who will be the godparents of Lord Culloden? I would think one of his aunt's (Lady Davina Lewis or Lady Rose Windsor).

The page Xan suggest that it is a shortening of Alexander, which is quite usual in English D B D 14:32, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I believe Xan is short for AleXANder and his other names Anders is a part of his paternal grandmother's (HRH The Duchess of Gloucester) maiden name, which is van Deurs, hence ANDERS. Obviously, Richard is for his paternal grandfather (HRH The Duke of Gloucester).

Also, Xan is pronounced (ZAN)

Lord or Baron?[edit]

Why is he called Lord and not Baron in the article name? His courtesy peerage is in the peerage of the UK. Not of Scotland. This is not a courtesy style but a courtesy peerage. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 18:31, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notable?[edit]

If you look at Line of succession to the British throne you will see that it seems to be generally accepted that children in this list who have not done anything significant apart from being born are not inherently notable, and should be treated as a redirect to their parent. This applies to this person's sister, Lady Cosima Windsor, and to Mia Tindall, although she is higher up the line than this person. This article should be reduced to a redirect to his father. Listing their precedence in line to the throne is a strange way of "generally accepting non-notability". Also, claiming that they're non-notable because being in the listed succession doesn't convey notability and claiming young children are non-notable are two quite different claims.
