I placed a POV tag on this article. I understand this is probably the most controversial dam in planning within Turkey now. However, the article has undue weight towards the full view of the dam. The dam from a historical and engineering perspective is not well represented in this article.--NortyNort (Holla) 08:43, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I added more to the article. It is proposed dam and thus probably isn't notable enough to have an article but nevertheless, it shouldn't be a WP:coatrack or poster child for one POV.--NortyNort (Holla) 10:11, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
