Zhang Heng (Han Dynasty) is not Zhang Heng (fl. 120 BC)!

This information appears to have been taken from as of yet unnamed sources on two different individuals sharing the same name. I would ask that a) anyone with sources to support this, please supply them, as I have none (and nonexistent Chinese translation skills), and b) that someone who has these sources constructs a new article for the earlier Zhang Heng.
