Conflicting dates of death

Zhou Meiyu's date of death is cited as March 13, 2001 in this Yahoo News article from April 17, 2001: [1]

Zhou's date of death is cited as 2006 (no day or month given) in these books:

1. Barnes, N. E. (2018). Intimate Communities: Wartime Healthcare and the Birth of Modern China, 1937-1945 (1st ed.). University of California Press. p. 68, 304.

2. Soon, Wayne. (2020). Global Medicine in China: a Diasporic History. Stanford University Press. p. 134.

Obituaries are cited on the Chinese Wikipedia entry for Zhou, all with 2001 as the death date, but they are not available online. It has been difficult to find other sources in English with death dates. Does anyone have suggestions?

From http://www.hwe.org.tw/Html/WinnersPage?Id=29 (google translation): Zhou received the 10th Medical Dedication Award from the Legislative Yuan Health and Welfare Association, posthumously, in 2001. The article page notes her death to be March 13, 1990, but the award is for 2001. Later, it is noted that "Sober, he was pronounced dead on March 13 this year at the age of 93." (google translation) - however, that would make Zhou's birth date 1908. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Katebirdy (talkcontribs) 00:20, 9 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This article requires expansion with more contemporary information, particularly in "Career" and "Personal life" sections.Katebirdy (talk) 01:38, 9 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
