Beats of Rage (film)[edit]

  • This article is new enough and long enough. Both the hooks look alright and the article is neutral. However I was at first puzzled by the Earwig copyvio check which comes out as a 61% likelihood of copyright infringement. However I find that the paragraph concerned is copied from the article The FP and you should provide attribution for that. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 20:00, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
  • @Cwmhiraeth: Sorry for the delay, just realized I didn't have this on my watchlist. I'm a little uncertain as to how best to attribute the work on The FP article, since I wrote all of that information myself as well. How would you suggest I go about it? Sock (tock talk) 16:02, 15 May 2018 (UTC)
  • @Sock: If the original text is yours, or largely yours, it probably does not matter, but I think the normal advice is to use an edit summary in the form "Adding material copied from the article The FP, for attribution see that article." I was puzzled because your article was new, and the high Earwig rating was because other sites had copied The FP (which they had had plenty of time to do) and not your new article. • @Cmwhiraeth: Got it. I traditionally attribute it when the work is not my own but it completely slipped my mind. I'll definitely remember to do that for future articles. Thank you! Sock (tock talk) 17:15, 15 May 2018 (UTC)
  • This article is good to go with either hook. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 17:13, 15 May 2018 (UTC)
