Beauty Revealed[edit]

Sarah Goodridge

  • ... that the 1828 self-portrait Beauty Revealed, by Sarah Goodridge (pictured), has been considered to "erase" her body by drawing attention to her breasts?

5x expanded by Crisco 1492 (talk). Self nominated at 09:24, 27 September 2014 (UTC).

  • Nice hook which is supported by an inline citation. The expansion began on 27 September, is long enough, and is very well referenced. The article appears to be neutral with no close paraphrasing found on a spotcheck of sources. The image is free to use; some readers may mistake it for the painting that is the subject of the article, but perhaps that will result in more curiosity-driven click-throughs to the bold link! 97198 (talk) 14:55, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
  • Thank you for the review. Yep, that's the plan. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 15:48, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
