Burchard Precht
[edit]- ...
that Burchard Precht (pictured) created crucifixes, epitaphs, and furniture, primarily gilded tables, guéridons and mirrors with ornamentation featuring acanthus leaves?
Created by Yngvadottir (talk), Nvvchar (talk), Rosiestep (talk), and Dr. Blofeld (talk). Nominated by Rosiestep (talk) at 02:09, 1 October 2013 (UTC).
- The hook fact is not supported by the given reference. Less importantly there are a few unsourced sections in the article. Everything else checks out. violet/riga [talk] 12:21, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for the review. Here is ALT1: ... that the 1674 carving by Burchard Precht (pictured) for Storkyrkan's Royal Pew was to a design by Nicodemus Tessin the Younger? --Rosiestep (talk) 17:19, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
- That hook is suitably sourced. However, given that the original hook fact takes up half of the lead and, when it appears later in the article, is not properly sourced I would like to see that issue resolved before progressing this nomination. violet/riga [talk] 18:56, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
- Crucifixes and other pieces were introduced into this article with user:Yngvadottir's translation from the Swedish article; the sv article didn't have a reference. I'll remove mention of these pieces from this article as they're unsourced. The content can be returned to the article at a later time if someone can locate a sv lang ref. --Rosiestep (talk) 19:35, 5 October 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks - good to go now. violet/riga [talk] 19:28, 8 October 2013 (UTC)
