Harold Joe Waldrum[edit]

  • ... that Harold Joe Waldrum captured thousands of Polaroid photographs of the adobe churches and the Penitente moradas of Northern New Mexico...? Source: "The churches of northern New Mexico also became the subject of Waldrum’s aquatints, linocuts, and the Polaroid SX-70 photographs of which he made close to 9,000 during his creative lifetime... This important collection consists of between 7,000 and 8,000 SX-70 Polaroid prints in mint condition.... The collection at the Photo Archives consists mainly of the churches in northern New Mexico but also includes an extensive series of flowers; prints of architectural details; places and things the artists found compelling; his beloved mules, horses, dogs and cats, fruits and vegetables; portraits of his family, friends, and lovers; as well as a small series of self-portraits that show his physical changes over the years. That is definitely better. I just removed the Wikilink from Polaroid. It is too many links and I would rather bring attention to less developed articles and define less well-known terms. —አቤል ዳዊት?(Janweh64) (talk) 23:29, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
  • This article is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and long enough. The article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. The wording of ALT1 is preferable to the original which I have struck. I have changed the punctuation of the article to provide an inline citation for the hook facts. This quotation from the article serves to back up the hook in my opinion. " ... became more focused on the many adobe churches and Penitente moradas in the New Mexico.[7][4] He began using a Polaroid SX-70 to capture angles and light conditions, but soon the photographs became artworks in their own right; throughout his life, he would capture about 9,000 Polaroid photographs," Cwmhiraeth (talk) 12:46, 16 August 2017 (UTC)
