Looks good to me: most of the work was done on the 6th and 7th of September, the article is very long and well-cited, and the hook is interesting to a broad audience as a general critique of colonialism by a governor of a former colony. Psiĥedelisto (talk) 08:37, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
