Little Nescopeck Creek[edit]

Moved to mainspace by King jakob c 2 (talk). Self nominated at 01:35, 31 May 2013 (UTC).

  • New enough, long enough, sourced enough and gosh darn it, that's some crazy mine drainage. I personally like your ALT hook the best because it gives context, but either one is OK. NorthBySouthBaranof (talk) 10:04, 31 May 2013 (UTC)
  • I'll go with the alt then. Thanks for reviewing it so quickly! King Jakob C2 15:17, 31 May 2013 (UTC)
  • Per WP:DYKSG#D3, "References in the article must not be bare URLs", yet every single source citation in this article is a bare URL. They all need to be fixed. BlueMoonset (talk) 04:48, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
  • Since the above checkmark is a "fixed" template from the creator, not an actual AGF approval by a reviewer (the references have indeed been fixed), can we please have a new reviewer to check over the article? The original approval having been flawed in one way, I don't think we can assume that everything else was fine. Thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:28, 5 June 2013 (UTC)
  • I think this is OK now. The article meets the length and age requirements. The sources are good and the text is well written and well referenced to reliable sources; the ALT1 hook is sourced too. Just a couple of things (which won't hold up this DYK) – the lead is very short and should be expanded, and it would also be helpful to have a locator map of some sort in the infobox.
