- New enough and long enough. QPQ exempt (2nd nomination). @Nangaf: Neither hook is mentioned in the article with a source. (I would prefer ALT1, but both should be added in as appropriate.) Please ping me when the L-arginine and rose petals items are mentioned in the article text. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 03:58, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- I'm also not sure if the mention of the school is necessary for ALT1. To me the main hook fact is the investigation of the antimicrobial properties of rose petals and the mention of the school just distracts from that. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 04:42, 16 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Nangaf: I have taken the step of adding ALT0 and ALT1 content into the article using the sources provided. I agree that the school mentions should be excised. However, the personal life section needs a citation at the end of the paragraph. Please respond to this message or this DYK will not be able to go forward. - @Sammi Brie: Fantastic. Thanks so much!
- @Nangaf: I need the citation about cycling to approve this. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 06:06, 30 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Sammi Brie: Done.
- @Nangaf: (Note: Pings don't reach their recipient unless you also sign the message.) I'm a bit concerned about how flimsy the citations are in that section: there's 365Chess, a chess tournament database, and a GoFundMe-type page for cycling. At this point, the article might be best without the personal life section. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 20:12, 30 May 2022 (UTC)
I have substituted ALT0a when moving Prep 6 to Queue 6 as the hook fact in ALT1a was incorrect. As far as I can see, he studied rose petal-structured surfaces rather than rose petals themselves. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 13:49, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
