- ... that RAAF Northern Command (headquarters pictured) was going to be an area, then became a command, then became an area, and then became nothing at all?
- ALT1:... that RAAF Northern Command (headquarters pictured) was formed in 1944 as a static "area command" from a large mobile formation that had recently become a garrison force in New Guinea?

This article is a newly promoted GA and is long enough and nominated soon enough. The image is in the public domain and the hook facts for both hooks are cited inline. The original hook is nicely clarified in reference 8, although this refers to "North Command" rather than "Northern Command". The article is neutral and I did not find any copyright issues.
