- Actually its not just an odd offence but large scale fraud and corruption etc, as mentioned in the articles. I doubt there is anything more interesting in the articles, but feel free to suggest an alternative hook if you can find something better. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:36, 23 September 2015 (UTC)
