Sairat

[edit]
  • ... that Sairat is a first Indian film to record symphonic orchestra at Hollywood?

Created/expanded by Siddheshkotawadekar (talk), Ani 007d (talk), Vivvt (talk), and Stacey (talk). Nominated by Vivvt (talk) at 04:41, 3 April 2016 (UTC).

  • New enough, long enough, neutrally written, adequately referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. However, the article needs some polishing in the English grammar department. The word "given" is being used incorrectly in several places (e.g. "Music is given by national award winning duo Ajay-Atul") and there is subject-verb confusion ("The music includes orchestral symphonies which was recorded at Sony Scoring Stage"). Perhaps an English-speaker could give this a quick once-over. The hook is also grammatically incorrect and, as written, is difficult to understand. Hook ref verified and cited inline. Regarding the references, the Twitter source is a non-reliable source and should be deleted. Footnotes 2 and 3 need to be formatted beyond a bald URL. QPQ done. I've made some edits to this article, Yoninah, and think it should now be ready to approve. The film is released in 2 days and I expect it will get a lot of views/ edits then. Also, a suggestion for the hook: ツStacey (talk) 11:27, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
ALT 1 ... that Sairat is the first Indian film to record music in Hollywood?
  • Thank you, @Staceydolxx:, for your edits and for filling in the references. I made a few more edits and think it looks much better now. The emphasis is on the orchestral symphonies, not just music, so I struck ALT1. I'd like to suggest adding the release date and getting this into Queue 5 (April 29):
  • ALT2: ... that Sairat, which will be released today, is the first Indian film to include a score of orchestral symphonies recorded in Hollywood?
  • Reviewer needed for ALT2. Thank you, Yoninah (talk) 21:58, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
  • ALT2 is supported by a different Times source, which I've added to the article. The article itself is new enough, long enough, and well referenced. QPQ is done. No copyvio issues. Good to go. I've added Staceydolxx to the contributor list as she has expanded and copyedited the article quite a bit. -Zanhe (talk) 04:35, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
