The View from Halfway Down
... that "The View from Halfway Down" gets its name because Raphael Bob-Waksberg needed an episode title starting with the letter "V"?Source: "I wanted to hit every letter of the alphabet, for no other reason than it'd be a fun challenge, and the last one was V."ALT1:... that in "The View from Halfway Down", the characters' meals reflect what killed them in life?Source: "Everybody gets a thematically appropriate meal before the show."- ALT2:... that "The View from Halfway Down" is inspired by the dream sequences in the 1979 film All That Jazz? Source: "I actually saw All That Jazz, which was obviously a heavy inspiration for 'The View From Halfway Down,' the penultimate episode of the series" "'The View from Halfway Down' ... is so close to All That Jazz that it's shocking the often self-referential writing didn't namedrop it"

- @Kncny11: Article promoted to GA on 2 March, long enough, neutral, referenced and no copyvio obvious. Images used in the article are either free or fair use. QPQ not required. I suggest adding who Bob-Waksberg is in ALT0. Also, shouldn't it be title, not name? ALT1 cannot be approved because according to rule C6, the hook must be linked to the real world in some ways if the article is about a work of fiction. ALT2 is fine. - comment - should there be a clue in the hooks as to whether "The View from Halfway Down" is a poem, a song, a film, a book or a scientific method for sorting belly buttons? Victuallers (talk) 15:28, 4 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Corachow: @Victuallers: ALT0.1: ... that the BoJack Horseman episode "The View from Halfway Down" gets its title because series creator Raphael Bob-Waksberg needed an episode title starting with the letter "V"? Kncny11 (shoot) 20:41, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
